A free 24-hour test is required before committing to any paid package. Request the test by email, try it on your device and home connection, then decide whether to continue. Sending a request does not start the test; we arrange access and setup by email.

Choosing a package and submitting a request does not create a charge, subscription, renewal or activation. It starts an email conversation.

Ask for the full price, term, connections, activation process, renewal method and any cancellation or refund conditions before proceeding. A request acknowledgment is not a purchase confirmation.
