The ViewArc TV app is currently in private testing on Google TV / Android TV. That is not a guarantee of compatibility with every device or a public app release.

Compatibility depends on the model, operating system and available player. Send the exact model so we can check; do not assume an Android TV guide applies to every television.

Look for About, System information or Device information in your device settings. Share the model and software version. Serial numbers, account codes and passwords are not needed.

Check with ViewArc before purchasing equipment or a player upgrade. Internet service, hardware and third-party apps are separate from a viewing package.
