The inquiry form asks for your name, email address and request type: a free 24-hour test or package details. Device details and a message are optional. We use that information to answer your request and continue the conversation by email.

Your inquiry is processed by our website host, Lovable, and sent to ViewArc’s hello@viewarc.co inbox through its email service. The inbox is provided by Google Workspace. An acknowledgment is sent to the address you provide. We do not create a website account or order record from your request.

Hosting and email providers process technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as connection logs and email delivery events. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and connection information to verify form submissions and reduce automated abuse. This site also loads fonts from Google. We do not ask for phone numbers or payment details.

Submitting the form authorizes replies about your inquiry, not a newsletter subscription. You can ask us to stop following up by replying or emailing hello@viewarc.co. Email links open your email app; opening a link alone does not send a message.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, card details or identity documents through the form or in your first email. We ask only for the information needed to handle your question.

Contact hello@viewarc.co to ask about information you shared, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We retain inquiry emails as needed to handle the conversation and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Provider logs follow their own retention settings; we will explain any limitation when handling a request.
